IKCAS/CollabFest events, session content and member lists are the property of IKCAS. All IKCAS activities will be recorded for member use as determined by IKCAS leadership. Selected portions of events may be released by IKCAS leadership for specific promotional purposes. It is strictly prohibited for members to share IKCAS recordings or links with any other individual or entity who is not a member of IKCAS.

Similarly, no individual or entity, including a presenter, may record electronically or in any other manner, and/or broadcast any portion of CollabFest/IKCAS events (including but not limited to lectures, masterclasses, addresses, concerts, etc.) without explicit prior written permission from IKCAS. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, etc.) is not permitted.

Members found in violation of this policy risk termination of membership and may be held liable under United States Copyright Law.
