    *Student Memberships: $45 per year. To confirm student membership, we require the name of your current institution and valid Student ID number. We cannot allow automatic renewals for this level, and each student is responsible for renewing the membership each year.

    I hereby grant permission to IKCAS to copyright, publish, and use any photo and/or video in which I appear in IKCAS events and activities. I grant permission for these to be used in all forms, media and manners for advertising, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, and waive any and all rights I might have to compensation, remuneration and/or profit for copyright, publication and use of same. I further waive the right to inspect the finished product. I have read this authorization, understand its contents, and affirm that I am of legal age and have every right to contract in my own name.
